Specifications, prices and lead times shown are for reference. Final terms are confirmed in a written quotation / proforma invoice before production.
Quotations are valid for the period stated. Orders are confirmed upon signed proforma invoice and deposit. MOQ and customization are subject to agreement.
Delivery terms (EXW / FOB / CIF) are defined per order. Risk transfers according to the agreed Incoterms.
