Production Process

Seven controlled steps ensure consistent quality.

1. Raw Material Mixing

PVC resin, plasticizer, filler and stabilizer blended to formula.

2. Calendering

Hot-roll pressing forms uniform thickness sheet (2.0–3.0mm).

3. Printing

Multi-color pattern printed on the homogeneous base.

4. UV / PU Coating

Wear layer protects against scratch and stain.

5. Slitting & Cutting

Cut to 2.0m width, 20m rolls per spec.

6. Quality Inspection

Thickness, wear, fire, slip and VOC checked per batch.

7. Packaging

Wrapped, palletized, container-loaded for export.

Traceability

Each batch carries a code linking to its QC report.
